When you have received a shipping quote you can use our Payment Portal for secure (encrypted) credit card payments. If you already have a shipping quote for this order, enter the grand total from that quote in the "Grand Total" box on this page, check the "Pay with Credit Card" button and then click on the "Send Order" button (below). Your order information from this form is forwarded to us when you click the "submit" button and you will then be routed to our secure server to enter credit card authorization information for this order (next step).


Check Payments 

Business checks, Personal checks, Cashiers checks and Money Orders are accepted.

You can print this order form to send a check payment and/or check the box at the right, " I will send a check to follow order" and hit the "submit" button below. All order information will be emailed to us and we will hold your order for your check to arrive.
